Homemade Taco Seasoning
Ingredients
  • 4 tbsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder this is one spice I never compromise on and ALWAYS use THIS brand
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp cumin
  • 4 tsp sea salt
  • 4 tsp pepper
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a jar and shake well to mix together. Use 2 tbsp per pound of meat you’re cooking. You can add 1/4 – 1/2 cup of water to make a taco sauce mixture.
  2. You can double the recipe to have it made ahead to make for faster dinners.
Recipe Notes

Use organic spices when possible. It *does* make a difference in flavor. My favorite brand is Simply Organic.
